There was a person who's name I will not post on here who placed comments on facebook which basically said that the Indians coaches were bad and they favored certain players, especially with coaches who have children on the team.

I was informed that numerous people agreed with him who have involvement with Indians football one way or another.

Of course the person I am I like to see STATS, so I thought it was only the right thing to do and that is place a poll.

There was MANY comments posted on facebook by players, parents, etc. but all the posts were removed. I think its time for a few polls on these subjects brought up by this person.

I have been watching Shamokin Area Football for many years. I dont feel there is Nepotism of any kind going on with Shamokin Area kids. At times people get fustrated that there son is not playing enough but I have notice the coaches making decisions based on the team and what is best at that moment in the game.

In addition, I feel the coaches are doing very well with the kids this year. The kids are hungry and want to win more now then in the past. There is a lot of pride in the team and talking with some of the players now and from last year they appreciate the dedication by the coaches.

Sounds to me like whoever posted this on Facebook needs to talk to their son and ask them how they feel and what are they doing at home, at practice and in the off season to improve in their game!

Just my thoughts
